What to include
Include your Apple Core version and build number from About, your macOS version, the client you use, and the steps that produced the problem. Describe what you expected and what happened.
The tracker is public. Do not include tokens, invitation codes, payment details, private files, or results containing personal information. Check screenshots and diagnostic reports before posting.
Privacy and account requests
For hosted enrollment removal or a privacy question, post only a general request to contact Oliver Ames. Do not include account identifiers or personal records in the public report.
